JOURNEY MANAGEMENT POLICY


Our Journey Management policy is geared towards achieving a non-Motto Vehicle Accident (MVA) on our projects, Therefore we shall ensure:

• All company vehicles must be fitted with functional seat belts at every available seating position.

• Occupants in our moving vehicles must wear seat belts-A vehicle, which does not meet with the above requirement, is not fit to be use in our operations and is also not given access into our premises.

• All vehicles must be pre-inspect by GABRICH HSE Supervisor and finally pre-mobbed by Client HSE Representative.

• Must have IVMS which shall be decoded and analyzed every month.

• Driver must not indulge in drug/alcohol prior to or during the operational hours.

• Driver must always carry up to date statutory requirements each time.

• Company shall ensure that the vehicle is in top mechanical condition always.

• All vehicles must have seat belts and they must be used.

• Journey Management For must be fill to authorized the journey and maintain a proper records.

• Driver Must carry out Daily Vehicle Check before departure

• Drivers must have valid driver’s license.

MARINE WATER CRAFT:
• Boats must be Client pre-mobbed and approved Follow the instructions of the Captain throughout the journey.

• All passengers must wear life jackets before embarking and when disembarking from the boat.

• Avoid standing when the boat is in motion.

• No tempering with emergency applications.

• Boat Captain and Engineer must possess relevant certificates.

• There would be no night sailing.

• There must be life saving gadgets on the boat before sailing.

• Nigerian maritime Survey Certificate
