Our recruiting services consist of the following Prospective employees which are selected meticulously, based on the following criteria :-

General Responsibilities:
Upon being appointed recruiting agents, GABRICH Global undertake to select and ensure that the employees possess, as near as possible, the required qualifications of the Employer.  After written request by the Employer and within 45 calendar days after receiving said request, GABRICH Global binds himself for the delivery at site of the number of workers requested.

This will be in force for the probation period of 90 days, after which, this responsibility ends. If, within 90 days, an employee fails to perform satisfactorily as stipulated in the contract, GABRICH Global will be responsible for replacement of new employees. For this, a notification period of 30 days is required upon commencement of work. No other disqualification will be allowed.

Taxation:

While under contract, the employee's income tax and social security at the Country of employment will be come by the employer. While travelling tax, on excess baggage of the airlines weight limit, will be borne by the employee.

Recruiting fees:

The recruiting fee per each individual employee will be agreed from time to time between Employer and GABRICH Global.

Period of Employment:
The period of employment is limited to one year. Extension of the contract, upon expire of the initial one year period, will be made with the consent of both parties, concerned. The day of departure of the employee from Nigeria or employee's country of origin will be taken as the commencement date of the contract period.

Designated Country:
The designated Country is to be specified clearly indicating the exact location of employment. This is required for cross reference purposes by the Nigerian or/ Employee's Government and also for communication contact purposes in case of emergencies. Any changes in location of work must be communicated to GABRICH Global at our contact address.

Position and Responsibilities:
The designated position for which the employee has been recruited must be spelled out clearly. In the event that a change of designation or position is required an employee will receive the salary as stipulated in his contract until such time as the new designation or position is effected.

Wage Schedule:
A fixed rate of payment salary will be stipulated in the contract. The unit of payment is to be in U.S. dollars. The period of payment is to be monthly basis.

Travel expenses:

Travel expenses from Nigeria or Employee's country to the designated Country and back to Nigeria or Employee's Country upon expiration of contract will be borne by the Employer. These includes the cost of obtaining Passport, medical examinations, immunizations, airport tax and bus fare from Home to Airport. The Employer can eventually request GABRICH Global to provide additional services such purchase of air tickets, accident insurance policy and other services related to the employment of workers. Cost and payment term for such services will be agreed from time to time between Employer and GABRICH Global.

Insurance:
The Employer is to insure the employees against injuries or natural physical sickness. All employees are to be covered by workman Compensation Plan. The Employer will also undertake to compensate the family of an employee figure (to be stipulated in the contract) should the employee die of natural causes during employment. Accident demise will be compensated by the Insurance Agents. The belongings and remains of an employee will be returned to Nigeria or Employee's country by the Employer. Personal accident insurance covering 24 hours per for a period of one year cost about U.S. dollars 25 per worker.

War / conflict cause:
In the event that the employee is seriously injured, killed or confined due to the outbreak of war or conflict in the Country of work, the Employer will compensate the employee through his family in monetary compensation in accordance with the laws of such Country.

Annual leave:
An employee who has continuously served his Employer for a period of one year will be entitled to 30 days paid leave. monthly basis.
 
Medical treatment:
The Employer will provide free medical treatment for the employee with the exception of dental care. In case where an employee is in-capacitated or impaired under circumstances beyond his control, the Employer will undertake to send him back to his/ her country of origin.

Boarding and lodging:
The Employer will provide 3 meals a day and reasonable accommodation for the employee. Should the Employer be unable to provide the above, then a sum on money, appropriate to the cost of such food and lodgings, will be paid to the employee. Such sum of money will again be according to the local conditions and standard of living.

The Employer can request to GABRICH Global to substitute those workers who resign for any reason whatsoever after 3 months probation period but before the expiry of the contract. In this case the Employer will acknowledge only the air ticket costs.

For workers resigning during probation period, air ticket cost will be charged to the workers as per Employment Contract. For our professional employees, selection is done by a staff of highly qualified consultants and advisors who have many years of experience in their particular fields behind them. In all instances, selected employees will have the prerequisites as stipulated by the prospective Employer. Whenever possible, trade certificates will be provided by employees but where this is not available, a trade will be conducted by the relevant trade governing bodies of the Nigeria Technical Institute for skill Development.

Manpower Sourcing:
Upon receipt of the required documents as mentioned in the for recruitment formalities, with complete job description, & Power of Attorney, duly attested by the Employer's Chamber of Commerce & Industry, we will advertise the job order to our leading newspapers in the respective states or region for sourcing out the right people to ensure enough that the required categories are met after getting the recruitment permission from the local authority-the ministry of labour.

Pre –Screening:
The collected CV,s/candidate names will be short listed for pre-interview while the final interview and selection will be taken by employer appointed representative. The documents of selected applicants will be sent to the concerned employer for visa processing Employer may also authorize HR consultants (GABRICH Global) to conduct the pre-screening of candidates / final selection and source out the right people.
The only qualified people on pre-screening will be endorsed to the interviewer of the employer for final interview.

Final interview:
The short listed applicants will be presented to the, final interviewer, company representative for final selection. If the applicants are to be tested technically, we will manage and instruct for the trade testing in the concerned agency.

Medical:
The selected applicants will be sent to the accredited clinics for medical and psychological test to ensure that they are fit enough physically and mentally before joining the company.

The applicants whoever is proved to be medically fit, both physically & mentally will then submit their passports, medical fitness certificate and other required documents.

Medical Check-up:
We retain the services of the best hospitals and clinics in Nigeria which are accredited by Expatriates welfare & Overseas Employment and from the Embassies to conduct medical examination of all the personnel intending to work abroad. Examination includes HIV/AIDS Test, Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine & Stool Test or any other kinds of examination that might be specially requested by the client.

Follow Up:
With each new assignment, our workers have to work unfamiliar people, new procedures, and changing routines. It is our responsibility to ensure that the transition goes as smoothly as possible. This makes far more confident and better-prepared  workers. We follow up with selected candidates for pre-departure formalities, so that they can proceed to work promptly.

Their medical check up, processing of travel documents, immigration formalities and air tickets are taken care by us.

Feed back from client:
We keep in contact with the client even later getting a feedback from the client and endeavouring to improve our system to give even service to the client.

Upon an acquisition of your manpower request prior to the receipt of the requirements listed in item 1 above, we will commence the pooling of the contract workers. Aside from our present pool, possible shortage may be aided with the following procedures:

 Selection of Contract Workers:
The mode of selection of contract workers may be executed under the following procedures;

Selection by Employer or through his Authorized Representative:
By this routine, the Employer or his authorized representative may conduct personal interview here in Nigeria and finally select the most competent workers from our manpower reserve.

Transmittal of Resumes:
Your Company may require us to send to you the Resumes of all prospective candidates who pass the pre-qualification interview and testing conducted at our end. In such cases, the name of the successful candidates may be relayed to us via phone or fax or email.

Consultant Selection:
You may authorize our Consultant to select qualified workers fully guaranteed by us.

Full Documentation Assistance for Selected Candidates:
We provide the selected applicants assistance in securing the travel documents required by both Labour Office and Embassy, like Trade Test, Authenticated credentials, Passport, Police Clearance, Medical Certificate,

Overseas Employment Certificate and Exit Pass. This will also include Pre-departure Orientation Seminar wherein the worker will have to undergo a comprehensive briefing on the working and living condition, customs and tradition, laws and regulations in the country of destination.

Periodic Progress Report:
 Update report on status of the workers’ travel paper shall be transmitted to the employer regularly. Flight details shall be furnished one day before departure to ensure that somebody from the employer’s part will assist the arriving staff at the airport of destination.

Repatriation:
Our duty of sending only well-selected and competent applicants in order to meet the job requirements of its Employer. However, there are cause beyond control that the contract worker repatriated, within three (3) months probationary period, our company guarantee the worker’s capabilities primarily their physical, mental and technical-know-how. To this point, we will appreciate very much to hear from you and upon your request, we will send more detailed information on the prevailing salary and other terms and conditions for your reference.

Communication With Customer:
We usually communicate with our customers through different means and methods such as phone, fax, DHL and electronic mail.

Recruiter's Documentation

The following documents must be notarized and authenticated by the concerned Chamber of Commerce of the host country and by Nigeria Embassy in the country of employment: We are in need of the following Documents from Employer’s for Visa processing:

 Visa Advice / NOC / Work permit:
Documents granting permission from the appropriate authority of the country of employment for recruitment of Nigeria workers in the form of Visa Advice / NOC / Work Permit be sent to us. Demand Letter (Job Order)The foreign employers may send their Demand Letter to us. stating the type and category of workers required, terms of services and benefit the employer should like to offer to the workers etc.

This document contains the specifications of the employer:

  1.  Name
  2.  Business address
  3.  Telephone, telex and fax numbers
  4.  Number of professional workers needed in each job category the salary rates, job title, working hour, accommodation, job specification for each worker, and other fringe benefits.

Standard Employment Contract:
The employer may send their own proforma of Employment agreement along with the Demand Letter, Visa / NOC / Work Permit and Power of Attorney which, however, should be consistent with the local recruitment & regulations and procedures of GABRICH Global. This document contains terms and conditions of employment such as, working hour, overtime, leaves, probation period, provision of living accommodation, medical treatment and catering, etc.

Recruitment Agreement:
This document defines the terms and conditions of the business rionship, the responsibilities of the parties, and the monetary consideration involved in the business relationship.

Power of Attorney:
In the event of stamping of visa in Nigeria for the selected workers, the employer may authorize us in the form of a Power of Attorney. The Power of Attorney including the Demand Letter must be attested by the Labor  Attacheor by any authorized officer of the Embassy/ Mission of Nigeria located in the host country.

Immigration Formalities:
We will obtain necessary Recruitment Permission and Immigration Clearance from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment & Training (BMET) under Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign & Employment for the workers prior to their departure.

Orientation Before Departure:
We will provide basic orientation and pre-departure briefing to the workers before their departure. The Employer may also join at the orientation session. The workers are briefed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and a first hand information on the religions and cultural values in the host country, weather, language and work-environment there.
