PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) POLICY

It is the policy of GABRICH Global to:
• Pursue hazard control methods that remove the necessary for the use of PPE.

• To supply the PPE to those requiring it, where the use of PPE is unavoidable.

• It is mandatory for ALL staffs, Contractors/Sub and Visitor to comply with the use of PPE Policy while on operational sites.

SECURITY / ACCESS CONTROL POLICY
Despite the fact that our company encourages community/public interactions to a great extent, we do not lose control in terms of personal to be allowed free and easy into our work areas. However adequate control will be applied thus:

• Site visitors will undergo security screening and site induction exercise by security/ HSE officers and can only gain access after the necessary clarification has been made with proper identification to allow entry to the work site

• Staffs and Visitors register shall be maintained at work sites.

• Movement of materials in and out of site shall be material received and material issued vouchers and All vehicles entry and departure from site shall be inspected by security men to ensure that materials/equipment movements in and out of site are authorized.

• Safety warning signs will be placed in strategic position for the purpose of warning and directing visitor’s movement within the work area.

• Visitors to site shall be given appropriate PPE’s and shall be escorted by the GABRICH Global Representative on site, preferably the site Safety Officer, as conditions for admittance.

• Due to high rate of insecurity at worksite, Work shall not commence any day unless it is certified SAFE and any risk associated with work shall be taken care of.

• All workers shall be provided with identity cards.

• All personnel are mandated to be alert to their environment at all times and report all suspicious acts and movement to the security department.
